Okay, if you have read this page:

then I am sure you have calculated your maximum heart rate zone. Have you done this? If not, and you need help, then please email me your age and I will do this for you. The purpose of this article is not to show you how to calculate it, but to show you how to eat after you have workout in that zone for at least 20 minutes.

We consider the gym as workout time. If during your workout time you do resistance exercises and do cardio, then we will consider that as a combo strength and cardio day. Now, if during your workout time you only do cardio, then we will consider that a CARDIO SESSION. Now here is where the magic comes in.

On a strictly cardio day or after a strictly cardio session, then you need to WAIT ONE HOUR BEFORE EATING. You are only allowed to drink water during the hour after finishing your CARDIO SESSION.
