the best cardio workout and eating planGood Morning! I hope everyone has made the positive intent to do more positive things in regards to your health today. Do more today than you did yesterday. Do an extra 45 seconds of jogging , or crunches today. Surprise your body with this added positive stress. Yes stress is positive if you understand that stress helps you focus on what you really want. Today try to eat healthier. Have that extra serving of vegetables; make your friends check your forehead to make sure you are okay for doing this…lol. Everything is going to go great for you today. You have now set into motion all the forces needed to change your body. Stay on course. Let me know what you plan on doing extra today.
