You Should All Be Doing the Cardio Clips This Way

If you miss 3 straight days in a row…start the week over.

You want to build each day. Once you reach WEEK 4, you should be ready for the second phase. I want to get you more familiar with your muscle fatigue zone within your maximum heart rate zone, on a daily basis.

I will begin giving you 2 workouts to alternate in between throughout the week- Workout A and Workout B.

So get serious about this process. The method works, are you working it?
