OMG I am still on track…–written by Charity

So this weekend I went to Chicago to celebrate my wedding anniversary, ( 2 years of marriage) and I did suprisingly well. I stayed under 14oo calories each day. And though my husband would not let me bring workout clothes, we got home considerably early sunday evening and I got on the treadmill and burned 800 calories, Go me! I only lost 2 lbs last week, but I am yet steadylosing as the name goes. This morning I got up at 5am and I did the week 5 training clip, the navy seal ab workout and I worked out on the treadmill for 80 minuts and burned 860 calories. How is everyone else doing?
