MY THOUGHTS:

I made this private blog just for you. Words can not express how happy I am to be working with you. The purpose of this space is to record your thoughts, questions, feelings, accomplishments, and compliments you receive. Please keep this zone positive. I will be teaching you not only how to make the perfect body, but I will be showing you how to improve your outlook on life. You will need to balance the two for either to improve.

Just follow my lead. I really hate having to prove things. My way works. I am still learning, but I try never to re-invent the wheel. Science and trial and error has led me to making the best life plan for you. Once you get out of the way, by balancing both your physical and mental growth, life becomes enjoyable.
