  1. can you tell me what the heart zone thing is ? And how does it works ? I did it an my lower heart zone is 133.9 and the highest is 175.1. What do I do next. Im just doing a bunch of excersise and it is actually working but what does that means ?

  2. Doing your cardio in your maximum heart rate zone has been proven to be THE way to burn the most fat. Your goal is to stay in that zone for a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 45 minutes. As you get stronger try to increase your intensity so that you begin to near your upper range of your zone…NEVER GO BELOW OR OVER your lower and upper range.
